Spaces in Hämeenlinna library
Reserve the library's rooms and services
Library has versatile spaces for studying, group works and meetings. It is possible to arrange art exhibitions or other events at the library.
You can watch movies, play videogames, play, sing, record, digitize and edit your own materials and research materials from the closed collections in Hämeenlinna main library.

Wireless network "KirjastoAsiakas" is available in all spaces.
How to reserve a space
- Go to https://kirjastontilat.hameenlinna.fi
- The spaces are grouped into six categories according to the theme. You can examine the spaces and guidances by opening a category.
- Choose the space or guidance you want.
- Define how long a reservation you want. After this you can choose a date from the calendar.
- Choose when you want to start your reservation.
- Write your library card number, PIN-code, e-mail address and mobile number in the boxes.
- Accept the terms and conditions after this. The link to the terms and conditions is located in the beginning of the page.
- Finish the reservation by clicking Send order. You get a verification e-mail to the address you wrote in your details. The link for cancelling your reservation is found on the e-mail. If you reserved a guidance you get another e-mail verification later.
Log in to customer account
It is now possible to log in to your customer account via login button on the top right corner. Previously the link was found only in the confirmation e-mail. You log in to your customer account via disposable login link. There are no user name or password for the service.
- Enter the email-address you have used for your reservations and click Send the login link.
- You receive a disposable link to your email. Use it to login to your account. The link in the email is valid for 10 minutes.
- When you have logged in via the link your login will be remembered for a week on your device and browser.
- If you logged in to your account on a shared device remember to log out. There is a log out button behind the navigation menu on the left. The session will also be terminated if you empty all the cookies from the browser.
Why I didn't receive any link to my email?
- In some email services the message can be directed to the spam folder. Check the spam folder.
- If you haven't entered the same email you used when making the reservations, you will not receive an email.
